Pipe Paint Roller (complete)

• Loosen - but do not remove - wing nut on one end of the roller assembly by turning the wing nut in an anti-clockwise direction.
• Release opposite spring end from the roller frame by holding the roller frame in one hand, and holding the roller assembly with the other hand. Then stretch and bend roller assembly to release spring end from frame.
• Remove the complete roller and spring assembly from the frame.
• Remove wing nut from spring assembly.
• Remove individual roller sections.
• Clean rollers.

• Slide wing nut over small end of hook, making sure wings are facing large end of hook.
• Slide one roller section over hook.
• Turn remaining wing nut approximately 3/8 inch onto spring with 4 roller sections.
• Hook nut end of above assembly onto either end of roller frame.
• Place hook through ring on spring end.
• Pull spring up with hook.
• Slide roller and wing nut over spring.
• push or turn wing nut approximately 1/4 inch onto spring.
• Hold roller assembly and stretch to hook on open end of frame.
• Tighten wing nut to centre rollers on spring.
