Concrete Dustproofer and Hardener
Concrete Dustproofer and Hardener is a low viscosity liquid which penetrates and chemically seals concrete, producing a hardwearing, non dusty surface, with minimal alteration to the appearance of the concrete. Recommended for use in garages, warehouses, factory and workshop floors. Concrete floors must be clean and bare for Concrete Dustproofer and Hardener to be effective. Chloride free formulation.All surfaces must be clean, dry and free from oil, grease, paint or polish. Laitenance must be removed prior to application. Shake container well before use. Apply a uniform thin coat on the floor, brushing in well. Do not allow to puddle. Apply a second coat after allowing the first to chemically cure overnight. Very porous floors may need further applications.
Do not use on masonry or coloured concrete. Very dense power floated floors may not allow effective penetration. Do not wash floors for 24 hours after final coat. Wear wellington boots and plastic gloves during application.
Coverage is dependent on the porosity/profile of the concrete, however for good quality smooth concrete floors you should obtain a coverage of approximately 3 - 5 square meters per litre. Note: Should not be overcoated with floor coatings.
