Silicone Ultra Waterseal is a colourless premium silicone based water repellent for external application. Silicone Ultra Waterseal prevents the ingress of rain and moisture into the wall, whilst permitting the evaporation of water-vapour out of the wall, keeping walls drier, warmer and preventing water and frost damage.

Protects brickwork, concrete and cement. Conforms to BS 6477 parts 1,3 and 4. Easy tro apply, Non-flammable, no vapour, Odourless.

Coverage can vary dramatically dependent on the porosity of the brickwork, however typical coverage of hard brickwork is approximately 5 square meters per litre/per coat. Two coats are recommended.
