Delivery Service and Charges
Mainland UK Deliveries
We offer free delivery on all orders delivered within the UK Mainland. For orders valued below £50 a charge of £5.95 will be made to cover packing and handling costs.
You should allow 5 full working days for delivery from the time your payment is cleared, although the vast majority of orders are delivered within 3 working days. Products marked "S.O." - Special Order (currently only Lincrusta products) may take 1 or 2 days longer than these quoted times.
The delivery address which you provide at the time of placing your order must be either:
- the cardholders address (as shown on your card statement)
- an alternative business address which we can verify (such as your place of work).
You will receive a confirmation of despatch by email if you have provided us with a valid email address. Please check your order carefully immediately after it has been delivered, and ensure you store the items you have ordered in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.
UK Offshore Islands and Republic of Ireland deliveries
We are unable to ship chemicals, liquids and flammable products outside of the UK mainland, although most other goods can be shipped to the Republic of Ireland and UK Offshore Islands without any problems. Shipping charges to these destinations can only be accurately quoted on an individual basis. Please select the items you wish to order and proceed to the checkout as normal, selecting the button marked 'Offshore U.K. and Ireland' and follow the instructions. We will then email you a shipping quotation, which you must accept or decline.We do not operate an International Delivery Service i.e. to the USA, Belgium etc.
