Methods of payment
You may order and pay for your goods in several ways:The easiest way is to Pay securely online by credit/debit card. Order and pay securely online using Visa, Mastercard, Access, Switch/Maestro or Solo credit/debit cards.
Fax your order with credit/debit card details. Order online, print out your order, and fax it directly to us together with your credit/debit card details and delivery address. The delivery address which you provide at the time of placing your order must be either the cardholders address (as shown on your card statement), or an alternative business address which we can verify (such as your place of work).
Post your order with credit/debit card details. Order online, print out your order and send it to us by post (Simply mark your envelope FREEPOST Decorating Direct if posted within the UK - That's right! just those three words, don't add anything to this address otherwise it won't get to us!), together with your credit/debit card details, and delivery address. The delivery address which you provide at the time of placing your order must be either the cardholders address (as shown on your card statement), or an alternative business address which we can verify (such as your place of work).
Post your order together with a cheque. Order online, print out your order and send it to us by post (Simply mark your envelope FREEPOST Decorating Direct if posted within the UK - That's right! just those three words, don't add anything to this address otherwise it won't get to us!), together with a cheque (in 'Pounds Sterling', drawn on a UK bank, and made payable to Decorating Direct Ltd.). Your order will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared. This takes approximately 11 working days from the time we receive your cheque.
Post your order together with a Postal Order Order online, print out your order and send it to us by post using our full address, together with a postal order (covering the full cost) and your delivery address. Postal orders are available from any post office for a reasonable charge. We recommend that you send them by registered post.
Post Your order together with cash Order online, print out your order and send it to us by post using our full address, together with cash (covering the full cost of your order) and your delivery address. We recommend that all cash is fully insured and sent by registered post in the appropriate packaging, as we can not accept any responsibility for its loss or theft.
