Polyvine Heavy Duty Floor Varnish
Polyvine Heavy Duty Floor Varnish is a satin finished, modern glass-clear cross-linking polymer coating. Use to seal, protect and decorate a wide range of interior substrates including new bare wooden floors, old sanded wooden floors, quarry tiles, cork tiles, slate, brick and stone.

Its unique highly cross-linked formulation creates a tough, abrasion and marking resistant coating which is unusual for a single pack water-borne product. Polyvine Heavy Duty Floor Varnish is water and heat resistant, quick drying and particularly easy to use and apply.

Apply 2-3 coats of Polyvine Heavy Duty Floor Varnish to sound, prepared surfaces using a synthetic SRT brush, short pile roller or spray. Stir well before and during use. On porous substrates you should apply a priming coat of Polyvine Heavy Duty Floor Varnish thinned 50/50 with clean water to satisfy porosity.

Theoretical coverage 15-20 square meters per litre, this may vary depending on the porosity and profile of the substrate. Drying time approximately 15 minutes - 1 hour. Recoatable within approximately 2-4 hours minimum. Ready for light trafficing in a 16 hours (minimum). Full cure is achieved in 7 days. These times are based on a temperature of 20°C, normal relative humidity and good drying conditions. Do not apply if air or substrate temperatures are below 10°C, especially in areas of low ventilation.

Polyvine Heavy Duty Floor Varnish is available in 2 litre and 4 litre sizes in Satin finish only.
