Lining Papers - Various Weights. 10.05m length.
Our lining paper is made from 100% virgin pulp to give consistency in handling and ability to perform well when wet. In the past we've tried cheaper lining papers using recycled materials or lower weights per square meter, but these caused our decorators to complain. We only supply the high quality lining papers demanded by our decorators. Ultra wide roll size: 56cm x 10.05m (sufficient to cover 5.6 square meters). It is available in the following grades:1200 Grade Heavyweight Lining Paper.
For use on old and new plaster walls and ceilings with moderately rough surfaces (Weight: 170g per square meter).
1400 Grade Super Heavyweight Lining Paper.
For use on old and new plaster walls and ceilings with rough surfaces, giving exceptional strength for painting and overhanging with other wallcoverings. (Weight: 190g per square meter).
1700 Grade Ultra Heavyweight Lining Paper.
For use on old and new plaster walls and ceilings with rough surfaces, new product which provides the the highest strength available for painting and overhanging with other wallcoverings. (Weight: 220g per square meter).
NOTE: Always ensure that the surface is sound clean and dry. For old plaster and plasterboard 'Heavyweight' lining papers are recommended.
Also consider... our new range of Non-woven lining papers, which don't need to be soaked like our traditional 100% virgin pulp lining paper, and don't suffer from shrinkage at the seam - giving a perfect finish every time. They cost more, but are incredibly strong, and decorators can achieve a far better finish in less than half the time it takes to apply traditional lining paper.
