NexGen SRT Synthetic Paint Brush (Brown Filament)
The NexGen SRT Synthetic Paint Brush uses the next generation of genuine Solid Round Tapered (SRT) filaments which are of a much finer gauge than those found in most SRT paint brushes. SRT filaments are thicker at their base and gradually become thinner towards the tip ensuring excellent paint pickup with gradual and even paint release over a greater area.The NexGen SRT offers Excellent performance with oil (solvent-borne) coatings, and is really the ultimate brush available when used with acrylic varnishes, woodstains and lacquers (water-borne) as well as emulsion and latex coatings, as it leaves a virtually 'brush mark free' finish with these types of coatings.
Plain unvarnished hardwood beavertail handle with hanging hole. Genuine brushed stainless steel (rust resistant) ferrule and fixings. Twin wooden spacers below the ferrule create a reservoir within the bevelled edge brush head for maximum paint pick-up and release. Very fine NexGen SRT filaments provide just the right amount of flex and stiffness, and are of differing lengths for more even paint coverage. Ends are tipped and flagged to give the brush an even softer, satin smooth feel which leaves finishes which are virtually 'brush mark free'. After use they are easy to clean and should be replaced in the hook'n'loop fastened 'keep' provided with each brush.
The NexGen SRT Paint Brush has been on test for a while with a number of our decorators and the feedback has been excellent!
