Sikkens Rubbol AZ Express High Gloss
Sikkens Rubbol AZ Express is a high performance, solvent-borne, high gloss opaque paint system. It offers the same outstandingly high levels of performance and gloss as Sikkens Rubbol AZ, but is touch dry and recoatable in significantly less time - hence the name 'Express'. Its outstanding drying capabilities extend the normal painting season without any loss of performance. Enabling autumn and winter decoration programs to be considered due to its faster drying times at lower temperatures.Sikkens Rubbol AZ Express is based on a superior blend of Long Oil alkyd resins. It's simply stunning opacity, brilliant finish and low maintenance characteristics make it a regular choice for specifiers on prestigious buildings. We think its the best high gloss finish currently available in the UK.
Suitable for both interior and exterior use, on timber, metal and hard plastic substrates with Sikkens Onol undercoats. Sikkens Rubbol AZ Express can be brush or roller applied to give a high "enamel" gloss finish of superb quality and durability.
Sikkens Rubbol AZ Express combines standards of extensibility, adhesion and colour retention not found in traditional paints, allowing one coat redecoration and substantially increased time between redecoration's.
Theoretical spreading rate 12-15 square meters per litre, this will vary depending on the porosity and profile of the substrate. Touch dry in approximately 3 hours. Minimum overcoating interval: 18 hours. These times are based on a temperature of 20°C, normal relative humidity and good drying conditions. Do not apply if application or drying temperatures are below 1°C.
Sikkens Rubbol AZ Express is available in 1 litre and 2.5 litre sizes in White and Black.
