Sikkens Rubbol BL Satura is a water-borne opaque satin paint finish for suitably primed and previously painted interior surfaces. Sikkens Rubbol BL Satura is a direct replacement for traditional solvent-borne satin finishes. Rubbol BL Satura produces an extremely tough and durable coating, offering excellent resistance to abrasion and staining.

On bare timber, or sound previously wood stained / painted timber Sikkens recommend using 1 coat of Sikkens Rubbol BL Primer, followed by 2 coats of Sikkens Rubbol BL Satura. However we prefer to substitute their primer, for one from Zinsser's coating range such as Zinsser Bulls Eye 123.

Touch dry in 2 hours, and recoatable in 5-6 hours. These times are based on a temperature of 20°C, normal relative humidity and good drying conditions. Coverage approximately 10-12 square meters per litre. Sikkens Rubbol BL Satura is available in 1 litre and 2.5 litre tins in White only.
