Zinc Rich Aerosol Spray
Zinc Rich Spray is a fast drying aerosol applied coating which offers excellent long term corrosion protection for metals. In dry film, Zinc Rich Spray contains more than 90% Zinc and Zinc compounds. It adheres to almost all metals and has a smooth and penetrating film. Can be used in spot welding and is heat resistant to 300°C. It can be painted over.Use Zinc Rich Spray for repairing damaged Zinc layers; coating drilling, cutting and welding points; as a conducting intermediate layer in spot welding; as a primary coating for installations at risk from water and weather effects; and with all bodywork.
Ideal application temperatures 16°C - 25°C. Degrease metals and grind them smoothly. Shake vigorously for 3 minutes, then apply Zinc Rich Spray crosswise from a distance of 25-30cm. Dust dry in 5-7 minutes, fast handling after 20-30 minutes, completely dry after 24 hours.
