Etch Primer for Metal - Single Pack CR524 [DISCONTINUED] Single Pack Etch Primer is a temporary air-drying protective primer for application by automatic and manual spray to blast cleaned steel. The extremely quick drying time allows fast and easy handling of the primed steel. Can be overcoated with a wide range of coatings. Single Pack Etch Primer may also be used as a high quality single pack etch primer for aluminium or galvanised substrates. Available in matt black in 5 Litre containers only. Theoretical coverage up to 14 square meters per litre per coat. Practical coverage typically 11 square meters per litre per coat. Touch dry in 5 minutes, hard dry in 30 minutes at 20°C.
