Stabilising Solution - Solvent-borne
Stabilising Solution is a highly penetrating, clear, solvent-borne solution for application to friable substrates or chalking coatings to produce a substrate suitable for decoration.Suitable for stabilising exterior or interior surfaces, the high penetrative and binding properties will also control suction and often avoid more costly preparation. Stabilising Solution is frequently specified prior to redecorating external masonry with masonry paint.
Primer Sealer should be used to prime areas of flaking material.
