Zinsser Allcoat Solvent-Base Multi-surface primer and finish
Zinsser ALLCOAT Solvent-borne is a combined multi-surface, interior primer and finish - in one, producing a dead-flat matt White finish. Its new fast-drying formulation allows property managers to confidently specify ALLCOAT Solvent-borne where the performance of a solvent-borne primer is required but high odour levels are objectionable, or, not permitted. Ideal for quick refurbishment projects where you need to seal in stains and odours such as nicotine and smoke damage, or, take advantage of it's high hiding formula to produce a washable, non-yellowing, dead flat white finish over dark or inconsistant colours.High adhesion - Unique polymers allow direct application over glossy and normally hard to stick to surfaces such as emanel paints, clear finishes, Formica, Plastisol, UPVC, ceramic tiles, galvanised metal and more, without tedious sanding or surface deglossing. Zero tension film allows AllCoat Solvent-borne to be applied directly over poorly bound distemper or limewashed surfaces. It can also cope with high Ph subsrates such as limewash and render.
Ideal for large commercial wall, ceiling, doors, trim and window applications. Spray, roller or brush application over all substrates with confidence, producing a flat, hard durable and washable dead-flat matt finish. Self sealing, flows smoothly and evenly. Dries fast with very low odour, and no lingering smell of solvent afterwards.
Great as a general purpose coating for all interior surfaces. Finished and unfinished walls, doors, trim and ceilings of refits and commercial properties like supermarkets, warehouses, factories - anywhere a fast drying, high-adhesion multi-surface finish is needed.
Cleans up easily with white spirit. Coverage approximately 10 square meters per litre. On porous or textured surfaces the coverage will be less. Touch dry in approximately 30 minutes, overcoatable in a minimum of 2 hours. These times are based on a temperature of 20°C, normal relative humidity and good drying conditions. Do not thin. Available in 3.75 Litre cans in White only.
