Zinsser Perma White Exterior Mildew-Proof Paint
Unlike ordinary paint, Zinsser Perma White Exterior Mildew-Proof Paint is guaranteed to remain free of mildew for five years. In addition to its standard bright, white finish, it can be custom tinted to off-white and pastel shades. Zinsser Perma White Exterior Mildew-Proof Paint is 100% acrylic water-base paint. It is recommended for residential, commercial and institutional use.Zinsser Perma White Exterior Mildew-Proof Paint has a harder, slicker film than commonly found in other acrylic house paints. It is highly resistant to moisture, and it also is crack and peel resistant. Tested on some of the toughest mildew and mould prone surfaces, the product's hard smooth film and satin sheen fight mildew and mould, resists dirt pick-up, reducing the chance for soil particles to attach to the paint film and produce mildew or mould. It also reduces chalking and fading.
Zinsser Perma White Exterior Mildew-Proof Paint is great for any exterior paint job where quality, stability and long term durability are a concern. Two coats are required for guaranteed mildew protection, and existing mildew must be killed prior to application. We suggest Zinsser Jomax House Cleaner and Mildew / Fungicide Killer or a bleach and water solution.
