Zinsser Watertite Mould & Mildew Proof Water Proofing Paint is a revolutionary advance in sealing cellars, basements and other masonry surfaces – a sealer guaranteed to keep water out (on bare masonry) and keep mold and mildew away for a minimum of five years.- Guaranteed to stop up to 10 lbs of water pressure - twice the strength of other waterproofers when applied to bare masonry surfaces. Prevents the growth of mould & mildew on the paint film for up to 5 years.

Unlike other water-proofers, Zinsser Watertite can be applied to dry, damp or wet surfaces, so water problems can be cured immediately. It can be recoated in just four hours and dries to a smooth, bright white, non-yellowing finish that resists dirt and dust pick-up, unlike other water-proofers, which contain sand that can attract surface dust and dirt and promote mildew growth.
Zinsser Watertite features an ultra low odor formula that has even less odor than standard emulsion paint. It adheres to any interior or exterior masonry surface, above and below grade and is formulated to prevent efflorescence on concrete and cinder block.
