Kip 231 (347) Construc Tape is a high-performance, single-sided, very-high adhesion tape specially designed for creating permanent, airtight seals on overlaps and joints in roofing membranes, standard vapor retarders, vapor barriers, and OSB wood-based panels - fully compliant with EnEV and DIN 4108-7 requirements.
Made from moisture-resistant special paper, it features a thick, pressure-sensitive adhesive coating (on a peelable silicone release liner), that delivers exceptionally strong adhesion - even in cold conditions and on slightly damp surfaces (such as those with condensation). This ensures reliable prevention of moisture ingress at interfaces and seams. Adhesion to steel: 15 N/10mm
